This Privacy Notice for Net Strategies LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your personal information when you use our services ("Services"), including when you visit our website at https://www.aipropvision.com or engage with us in other related ways.

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We collect personal information you voluntarily provide when you register, including: names, email addresses, usernames, passwords, contact preferences, billing addresses, and payment data. Payment data is handled by Stripe. We also automatically collect certain device and usage information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via cookies and similar technologies.
We do not process sensitive personal information.
2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
We process your information to: facilitate account creation and authentication; provide and improve our Services; send marketing communications (you may opt out at any time); deliver targeted advertising; protect our Services; and identify usage trends. We process your information only when we have a valid legal reason to do so.
3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION?
We may share your information in specific situations: during business transfers (mergers, acquisitions); with affiliates and business partners; when using Google Maps Platform APIs. We use Anthropic as an AI service provider to power our AI deal analysis features. Your property inputs and analysis requests are processed by Anthropic in accordance with their privacy policy. We have not sold or shared personal information with third parties for commercial purposes in the preceding 12 months.
4. DO WE USE COOKIES?
Yes. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain security, save preferences, and assist with basic site functions. We also permit third parties to use tracking technologies for analytics and advertising. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, though this may affect certain features.
5. DO WE OFFER AI-BASED PRODUCTS?
Yes. Our Services use artificial intelligence powered by Anthropic (Claude). Property information you enter is processed by Anthropic's AI to generate deal analysis and investment recommendations. You must not use our AI features in any way that violates Anthropic's terms or policies. All personal information processed using our AI Products is handled in line with this Privacy Notice.
6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this notice, or as required by law — generally for the period your account is active. When we no longer have a legitimate business need, we will delete or anonymize your information.
7. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed 100% secure. Transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk.
8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
No. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If you become aware of data collected from a minor, contact us at samantha.f.weisz@gmail.com.
